For new investors
To invest, complete the
Application form (Form A) found in our trust
PDS. You can then make a selection to fund your investment by:
- cheque, which should be made payable to Australian Ethical Applications on Trust and must be in Australian dollars;
- BPAY®, where on completion of the Application form (Form A), your BPAY reference number will be posted to you and you will then need to make your BPAY payment using this reference number and the specified biller code for each trust in which you wish to invest (see below); or
- through a regular savings plan, where you will need to also complete the Regular savings plan application form (Form B) in our trust PDS. One-off initial investments can only be funded by cheque or BPAY.

For existing investors
You can add to your investment by:
- cheque, accompanied with either the Application form (Form A) or written instructions that includes your signature and investor number (cheques should be made payable to Australian Ethical Applications on Trust and must be in Australian dollars);
- BPAY, using the specified biller code for each trust in which you wish to invest (see below) and your BPAY reference number; or
- joining the regular savings plan, completing the Regular savings plan application form (Form B) available in our trust PDS and on the forms for unitholders page.

- Minimum initial investment: $2000
- Minimum additional investment: $500
- Minimum balance in any trust: $500

Please note that the unit price used for BPAY investments will be the close of business unit price on the day the BPAY payment is credited to our Australian Ethical Applications on Trust account (where crediting occurs before or at 3.00pm Canberra time on a business day)*. BPAY credits to our trust account after 3.00pm (or on a day other than a business day) are processed using the close of business unit price for the next following business day.
*Business day means any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday on which banks are open for business in Canberra and Sydney.
Your financial institution may set BPAY payment limits. These limits may be set on a per transaction or daily limit basis. You can make an investment with multiple BPAY payments. Please contact us if you wish to make multiple BPAY payments. It is especially important for us to know in advance to expect multiple payments because your investment may be subject to a discounted contribution fee (for example, if your investment is $26 000 or greater).
