This Trust was established to purchase a number of childcare centres which are managed as part of the ABC Learning Centres group. ABC is one of the largest private operators of childcare centres in Australia, with over 600 centres under management nationwide. The Trust owns centres in a range of regional and metropolitan communities in Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia.
