Brambles is a leading global support services group, operating in almost 50 countries across six continents and employing approximately 28,000 people. The company’s core activities include: Cleanaway, involved in environmental waste management; CHEP, a world leader and innovator in the establishment of ‘reusable’ pallet pools for stock transport and storage, improving efficiency and reducing waste in this sector; and Recall, involved in records and information management. In October 2005 Brambles sold Cleanaway Germany to SULO, the German-based waste management group and acquired AUSDOC, an Australian-based information management business.
