CEO - Anne O'Donnell Anne O'Donnell
B.A, MBA FAICD, Managing Director
Prior to joining Australian Ethical, Anne held a senior management position with the ANZ Bank and has extensive knowledge of the finance industry.  Whilst at ANZ Anne was a staff elected director of the ANZ Staff Superannuation Fund, which managed $1B on behalf of 24,000 members.
Anne is the chair of Australian Ethical Investment's finance committee, and either a member or observer of the Board committees for investment, compliance and risk, and remuneration.  She is also a director of the Centre for Australian Ethical Research Pty Ltd and the Community CPS Australia Credit Union. 
Philip George Philip George
B.Sc, LLB, Company Secretary, Legal Counsel
Philip has experience in commercial law, corporate governance and project management. He has been a company secretary and legal counsel for listed companies for over five years. He was a senior associate at the national law firm Minter Ellison and conducted a commercial legal practice in partnership for two years.
Gary Leckie Gary Leckie
B.Ec, CA, Chief Financial Officer
Gary is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years experience in the accounting/financial field, 10 years of that in the financial services industry.  Prior to working in the financial services industry Gary was employed with big four accounting firm Deloitte.  Gary is responsible for the fiscal management of the Australian Ethical group and is a member of Australian Ethical Investment's finance committee.
Tim Xirakis Timothy Xirakis
B.Com, CPA, Finance Investment Manager
Tim has 20 years experience in the accounting profession, the last 10 years focusing in the investment field. Tim was a director and major shareholder of a company that established and managed the Canberra office of Morgans Stockbroking (now ABN Amro Morgans) office which offered full stockbroking, financial planning, accounting, tax and legal services. As a long time advocate of renewable and alternative energy, Tim was a founding shareholder and director of a fuel cell start-up company, now listed in the United States.
Paul Harding-Davis Paul Harding-Davis
B.Bus, Dip AII, FAICD, Head of Distribution
Paul comes to Australian Ethical with significant experience in the financial services industry including with boutique SRI firm Glebe Asset Management, Absolute Capital and Zurich Financial Services Australia. In addition to many years of business development and marketing, some of the areas of his experience include projects to manage compliance and regulatory requirements, conducting seminars, leading the establishment and growth of successful new ventures in financial planning and influencing the strategic direction of organisations to capture market share.
Martin Halloran Martin Halloran
B.Com, MAppFin, GDFinPlan, Chief Investment Officer
(Mr Halloran will take up the role from 27 August 2008)
Martin has over 15 years in the financial services industry and for the past three and a half years was Managing Director, Global Markets, at nabCapital, the wholesale and institutional arm of National Australia Bank. In that role he had responsibility for developing strategies for capital management, funding and risk management of nabCapital’s total asset portfolio. He has managed an investment team charged with delivering innovative investor product to institutional and retail clients. Prior to that, he was Executive Manager, Institutional Markets and Services, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, where he led a team of traders and analysts developing new investment and risk management products as well as managing a large securities portfolio. He spent two years in the Commonwealth Bank, London and had responsibility for a large team of professionals based in Sydney, Hong Kong, Singapore and London.
