Client log-in details - Super members

If you are an Australian Ethical superannuation member, you can apply for a password to monitor your investment account details online.

Your superannuation account records contributions and rollovers, payments made and any other transactions. It also records which strategy or strategies you have selected and the current value of your investment in each selected strategy.

Please note:
Due to Australian Ethical changing administrator there are two changes that will impact on your ability to access the secure log-in:

1. Member numbers have changed from 8 digits to 6 digits.  The leading two digits (01, 02 or 03) have been removed.  For example, if your existing member number is 01234567 our new member number is now 234567; and
   
2. If you have not accessed the website since the 28 July 2008 you will need to generate a new temporary password by entering your details in the fields on the right hand side of the log-in page below. Once logged in you will have the option to change the password to one of your own choosing. 

Australian Ethical Superannuation pension members and advisers are currently unable to log-in to the secure member area.

From 1 April 2008 administration of the Australian Ethical superannuation fund is being performed by Pillar Administration services. As the fund’s administrator, Pillar staff will be receiving enquiries about the fund, responding to correspondence from members and processing fund contributions and payments.
